Long time

Haven't done our a blog in a while so I thought we better update it! Christmas was crazy busy and we were all working right up to the 24th. The team at Amuse Bouche all had a rest for a couple of days and came back refreshed and ready to go. We have started taking bookings for weddings this year which is great and have some big parties too. We cant wait!! Here is some food we did from our xmas parties.

The Big Move

We are moving to our new kitchen today and everyone at Amuse Bouche Catering is very excited! We will try and upload some photos to our Facebook page today. Lots of packing but we are nearly their. We have some exciting jobs coming up too so stay posted for updates about that. Here are some pics of what we have been cooking recently to keep you going :)

Up & Running

So we are all up and running now just a few loose ends to tie up but bar that its looking good. We have been perfecting some of our dishes and they are looking goooood! I have added some pics to our website and also our facebook page so if you get a chance take a look and let us know what you think. We will be moving to a new kitchen soon which is going to be exciting and have lots of new shiny kitchen equipment to play with. We have a few clients which we will be cooking for this month so I will try and post a few pics of what we do for them on here. In the mean time here are some pics to get your mouth watering. Enjoy-

Lots has been happened in the last week. Our shiny new website is nearly up and running just need to finish off our yummy menus and add some pics. We did a really nice wedding during the weekend and will try to upload some pics at some point. We are also going to try and do a recipe page where we will share some of our recipes if you share your's with us!  

Soooooo. I have been told my lots of other business owners that it is 'good' to do a blog. So here I am. I don't really know what a blog is and don't really want to waste any time researching it / trying to perfect my blogging technique. I am guessing its a bit like a diary? I hope it is anyway. I am going to put up new and exciting things  things that are happening at Amuse Bouche Catering. We have nearly finished designing our new website so lots going on. Will keep you all up dated.
